Mercedes have just said that they will be incorporating the new Apple iPhone with some of their new automobiles in middle of the 2 seats in a cradle form.
I know what you're thinking - having the iPhone in the middle of the two seats will get annoying, and difficult to answer the phone etc - but don't worry your little heads my people - your iPhone will be fully controllable through the cars internal controls!
It's going to be easy to switch from phone to audio etc.
Personally I don't see the need for this. I have a stereo. I have a phone. If someone calls me in the middle of my favourite song - is it going to cut off my tune? - i may have just single handedly crippled the minds of the Apple and Mercedes design team. *bows*
Saying that - Mercedes has come along way from the last time they tried to integrate a Motorola phone with their Mercs.
