Well what a tournament we've had so far, Portugal, Croatia and now Holland are out. I along with many others would have probably had Holland in the final without even thinking about it but like Turkey, Russia have shocked us all.

Russia ahead 11 minutes into the second half with a brilliant goal from Roman Pavlyuchenko and a well deserved one at that. Just as it looked like it was all over with four minutes left to go Ruud van Nistelrooy heads it into the net and Holland hang in there.

Extra time told a different story, Holland were literally torn apart and Russia scored 2 fantastic goals from substitute Dmitry Torbinsky and the masterful Andrei Arshavin.

With four minutes left to play it was all over for Holland. Russia victorius and awaiting either Spain or Italy in the semi finals.

We await to see the out come of tomorrow's game and remember anything is possible.
Will we see any more last minute, life saving goals or a dominant side flying forth to victory?
