Architects have confirmed that this building will be built in Dubai by 2010. Costing $700M (£350M), the architect - David Fischer, who is Italian has stated that the building "never looks the same, not once in a lifetime"
Each floor can rotate 360 degrees at voice command, using power generating wind turbines located beneath each floor (environmentally friendly too!!)
