So 2 weeks on and here we are people Spain are victorious and what a victory. For the whole game they were all over Germany and played a beautiful game. Just like in the Turkey game we saw a very disappointing German side in fact it was absolutely horrific. There was moments of productive football from the Germans, but only from certain individuals the rest of the team seemed, well, asleep. Spain tore through the Germans midfield and there defence countless times and one in which allowed Torres to put the ball into the net, which surprisingly was the only goal of the match.

Spain had a huge array of chances and should have been at least 3-0 up by the end of the game. Germany on the other hand had the odd few chances but were on another planet for the majority of the game.

So a big well done to Spain for winning their first major trophy in 44 years and we now all look forward to the World Cup, BRING ON 2010.

Until then we can all look forward to the new season.

Yes i no whats going through most peoples minds, but yes the boys at iGrizzly did stay up till 4am and yes we watched the whole thing ( with around 2 cups of coffee every half hour).

Night of Champions, well for me and I'm sure many others out there the WWE just ain't the same without The Undertaker, but The Phenom has been banished and rumors say he will be returning and i do hope its soon. Any way back to Night of Champions and what a night it was, we've all been waiting to see what turned out to be an explosive show when Triple h and John Cena stepped into the ring, and of corse the huge smiles on our faces when Batista stepped into the ring with the ever so annoying Edge.

The results:

WWE Tag Team Championship Match saw John Morrison and The Miz giving the father and son tag team a good beating and defeated Finlay and Hornswoggle with relative ease.

World Tag Team Championship Match saw Ted DiBiase enter the ring without a tag team partner and demanding to start the match up fighting Hardcore Holly over Cody Rohdes. To every ones surprise Cody Rohdes turned on his partner and led him self and Ted DiBiase to victory.

ECW Championship Match saw what was meant to be a one on one match between The Big Red Machine and The Big Show turn into a triple treat after Mark Henry got him self a shot at the title last week. Half way through the match up The Big Red Machine and The Big Show double choke slammed Mark Henry leaving him out for the rest of the fight which left the two giants to battle it out. A last minute recovery and giant splash from Mark Henry allowed him to get the three count and his life long dream of becoming ECW Champion.

Intercontinental Championship Match saw not only all of us fans in shock but Chris Jericho too. Jerichos late match up with Kofi Kingston seemed like a walk through the park for Jericho who was sure to win the match up. With Kofi beat up bad we though it was all over but to every ones surprise Shaun Michaels appears out from the croud and done what was necessary so that Kofi could recover and claim the Intercontinental Championship.

United States Championship Match saw Chavo Guerrero give Matt Hardy an incredible beating concentrating on Matt's weak left knee. Chavo looked to be in great shape and Matt, well i thought it was all over for Matt until he countered back with a fantastic assault on the so called Mexican warrior and claimed the pin count and the United States Championship belt.

World Heavyweight Championship Match saw Batista try his hardest to take Edge out and take the title across with him to his new home Raw. Batista battled his hardest throughout the match up and a powerful spinebuster from Batista took Edge out with Batista sealing his victory, but like always Vicky Guerrero interfered and all went pear shaped. Batista turned his back on Edge and went for Vicky while Edge took out the referee and surprise surprise, Chavo Guerrero runs out to replase him. Edge sealed his so called victory by smashing Batista over the head with the belt its self retaining the World Heavyweight Championship.

WWE Championship Match saw John Cena try to regain what was rightfully his and gave Triple H all the necessary beatings to do so, but Triple H wasn't going to give up the title that easy and after a long battle Triple H retained his title and John Cena remains frustrated and title less.

This was last month, but I felt like I had to post the video!

So last day of May - Mr. Usain Bolt from Jamaica, residing in New York, set a new record for the 100 Metre sprint at 9.72 seconds!!!!!!

That's incredible - In the time it has taken you to get to this part of the post - He would have ran 100 Metres......maybe twice!

Much respect to the guy! Check out the video (it's not that long! lol)

Jay Z smacks Glastonbury!

So Jay Z has officialy become the only rapper to have ever headlined at Glastonbury - success of the whole war going on with the issues of letting him headline the show, due to its "nature" and Jay Z just not fitting the bill.

Judging by the video - he seems to have smacked that.

He performs a cover of Oasis - Wonderwall, and then brings in his 99 Problems! and then Encore.

I'm not going to ramble on - just check the vid:
